Date of Dismissal ?

To submit a claim for Unfair Dismissal to the WRC comes with time limits. 6 months normally, with a possible extension of another 6, depending on circumstances. 

The date then when a person has actually been dismissed can often be a subject of argument and one not even fully clarified or determined yet, in law.
