Where an employee was deceived into working extra hours without pay.
She got an award for the extra hours worked but not as she sought 'for overtime'. 'Because there was no provision for overtime in her contract of employment'.
This highlights the need for employers for accuracy and attention to detail in drafting contracts of employment.
