Force majeure leave

We've written a blog post before about force majeure leave. The legislation itself is a bit ambiguous, so it is often misinterpreted or disagreements about what qualifies for it.

Companies do not like giving it. Possibly because they do not want to set a precedent in their business, or set it as 'standard practice'.
