New grants of up to 25,000 euros to support people with Disabilities in the workplace

Apparently, Ireland is bottom of the league for people with disabililities being in work.

A lot of the focus here is on employers. I have my own theories and beliefs what the problem is. I will keep them to myself.

A person can read this article and evaluate it themselves. Form their own views.

The Employment Equality Acts are there for people's protection. Are complex in practice, taking a case. Are not perfect in themselves, as a law, no more than anything is. But work for a lot of people.
