No show ! What now ?

If you don't show up for a Hearing and have not informed or given notice that you won't be there, your complaint will be judged 'unfounded'.

If an employer, the respondent, does not show up, the complainants evidence will be 'uncontested', so the employee or ex employee, whichever is the situation, will win.

'No shows', on each side, are quite common. Especially in employee redundancy cases, where the business has closed down.
