You will often see this. A person does not win in the WRC. They will appeal to the Labour Court.

The Labour Court is no picnic in terms of making an appeal to. Which is why cases often often end up from it to the High Court on 'a point of law'.

'Not good law' is not really anything legally definitive. From this article anyway, I do not see what he plans to win his appeal on.
