Photo journalist loses discrimination claim at the WRC.

This is a very interesting claim involving the Equal Status Acts.

It is a claim that possibly almost won but did not.

A claim has to be based on facts, the law and evidence. 

That you do not like somebody or something. That you have made assumptions or have personal views about something. That is not a case.

'A lot of men' being in an organisation or the majority 'being men' does not necessarily mean they are discriminating against women. It may simply be the case that women have not sought to join.
