Pregnant worker pressured to sign off on ending contract wins €136,000 at WRC

This is literally a massive award and is certainly a warning to all employers what can happen when you discriminate against a pregnant employee.

Is also a reminder that a contract is not unilateral. It has to be agreed by both parties.
