Right to request remote working.

You do not have a right to remote working.
You can take a case to the WRC if you feel your request is not being properly considered.
At present though the WRC can not order an employer to give you 'remote working'.

 
It is possible an argument could be made for 'remote working' as reasonable accommodation for a disability. Depending obviously on the circumstances and the nature of the disability.

 Obviously the better you make a request, the better chance you may have of getting RW. It is still not guaranteed though.
