Swiss employers reluctant to give staff pay rises.

Why am I publishing a link to this article or even referring to it ? On an Irish website about employment law in Ireland.

I have a feeling that people are becoming more focused and interested in Switzerland as a place to live and work.

Have no evidence to support that. Is purely a personal opinion.
