Written procedures of how you will be dismissed

'Within 28 days of starting work your employer must give you written procedures that will be followed before you can be dismissed. This is set out in the Unfair Dismissals Act 1977 to 2015'.
These 'rights' often form part of bigger cases. There is nothing to stop a person though and it does happen that people bring a case, just for a right or rights like this on their own, having been breached.
