Contract of employment

Something that comes to the WRC very frequently is employees, often ex employees seeking and receiving compensation for not having been provided with a contract of employment or the contract not being complete in terms of the employers legal obligations.
'Within 28 days of starting work your employer must give you written procedures that will be followed before you can be dismissed. This is set out in the Unfair Dismissals Act 1977 to 2015'.
